The new MEL Activity is an $18.5 million USAID-funded regional platform based in San Salvador, El Salvador, and supporting USAID/El Salvador and the Central America and Mexico (ES-CAM) regional Mission; bilateral Missions in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Mexico; as well as USAID/Washington-based Bureaus and Offices in Central America and activities in Belize, Costa Rica and Panama. This platform provides monitoring, evaluation, learning, and knowledge management support services across nine interrelated components.
