Through USAID/Bangladesh Upoma Activity, the EnCompass team provides a range of analytical and advisory Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) services to the USAID Mission in Bangladesh. The activity plays a significant role in achieving the successful implementation of the Mission’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) 2020 – 2025, Performance Management Plan (PMP), and the Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting agenda.

EnCompass leads this 4-year contract with support from our partner, Management Systems International (MSI). Together, our team provides analytical products; performance management support; and learning, capacity building, and Community of Practice services to USAID Bangladesh and Implementing Partners. Overall, the team aims to ensure that evidence informs strategy to support the CDCS goal of helping Bangladesh become a more inclusive, democratic, prosperous, and resilient Indo-Pacific Partner.

Courtney Carr is EnCompass’ Communications Specialist, supporting the internal and external messaging and communications initiatives. She brings her knowledge and skills in writing, social media, video production, event planning and television news and radio production to the position. Before joining EnCompass, Ms. Carr worked at Community Science as a business development coordinator. She received her BA in Broadcast Journalism at Pennsylvania State University and holds a MA in Strategic Communication from American University.
