EnCompass delivered a management learning program (MLP) for a major United Nations (UN) agency that provides services to global locations in the field. Each 12-month MLP was designed to support 30 mid-level managers and includes a 360 assessment, self-study modules, individual coaching, peer learning groups, and a final five-day workshop delivered in Switzerland, Tanzania, and Hungary. An EnCompass team of coaches and facilitators provide individual and group coaching as well as classroom learning.
In 2012, EnCompass redesigned key components of this program into e-Learning modules. The e-Learning modules include an updated curriculum, exercises for application with immediate feedback, and an assessment of learning in progress.
