We are excited to announce that EnCompass has been awarded roles on two new USAID projects aimed at strengthening the water and environmental sectors. First, our team will serve as the gender equity and social inclusion (GESI) partner with SEGURA Consulting on the new $9 million contract to implement the USAID Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Data & Analytics (WSSH D&A) Activity. We will provide a range of technical assistance services including support for monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) and gender and inclusive development mainstreaming. The WSSH D&A Activity contributes to efforts toward achieving universal WSSH access by strengthening the data landscape and improving data-informed decision-making. The consortium team will support USAID Operating Units (OUs) and Missions by organizing an expert advisory panel and other sectoral convenings, conducting research on forward-looking topics, developing decision support tools, providing training on such tools, and monitoring the links between WSSH services and USAID systems strengthening work across the globe, among other tasks designed to increase the usage, equity, and accessibility of WSSH sector data and analytics.
In the second role, as a sub to The Cadmus Group on the USAID Environmental and Social Safeguarding (ES3) Activity, EnCompass will lead activities related to adult learning, e-platform support, and curriculum development, including training design and delivery. The ES3 activity aims to enhance USAID’s capacity to deliver technical assistance, training, and other support for implementation of the Agency’s environmental and social safeguards across OUs and Missions. This support includes technical analysis, capacity strengthening, defining environmental constraints, assessing and developing mitigation measures to ensure USAID projects have sustainable environmental and social impacts, providing environmental support to disaster assistance programs, as well as environmental monitoring, review, and evaluation.
We are thrilled to continue our partnership with USAID, Cadmus Group, and SEGURA Consulting on these two exciting new projects!
